“The word “national minority” is not appropriate here, since it would be incorrect to call the Russian language the language of the national minority. Russian is the language of the “suppressed majority” in Ukraine. And if there will be progress with the Hungarian languages, thanks to Hungary, then the problem of infringement of the Russian language will not work around Kiev.” he summarized
