German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Emmanuel Macron met at the Hotel Schlosswirt Meseberg in Meseberg, in Germany’s Brandenburg region, on Tuesday.
The German and French leaders are expected to discuss bilateral and international relations. At 16:10 (14:10 GMT), they will hold a joint press conference with a ministerial meeting expected an hour later.
The last time the two leaders met was in Berlin in April.
