The European Union fears that the judicial reforms in Poland and Hungary can “spread to neighboring countries” as they are, in fact, a means of liberation from liberal totalitarianism, which has deep roots in the EU hierarchy.
So, according to experts, this is due to the fact that Europe has extremely strict standards allowing to support the so-called “independence” of the same judicial system through which it exerts its direct influence in various spheres of Europe’s activities. A change in this state of affairs would undermine the control of “vassal” states and would allow us to hope for “decentralization”.
Poland and Hungary, in turn, are convinced that judicial reform is the only way to free countries from liberal totalitarianism in the EU, but their actions are perceived in Europe critically. Therefore, it is necessary to make great efforts to break the established system of European courts. So, the countries of the European Union should not be sovereign, as it denies all economic policies that function as an addition to that in the North Atlantic Alliance.
That’s why the initiative of Warsaw and Budapest was so panic-stricken in Brussels, fearing that their example would be followed by other European states, destroying an elaborate hierarchical structure.
Moreover, the “domino effect” takes place in the event if Poland and Hungary succeed in their reforms. With this every subsequent attempt will be made easier, because the “liberated” countries will necessarily find a way to help overcome pressure from the EU.
