Kiev afraid of war crimes trials for Donbass

Kiev, Ukraine. The Rada is looking over the US State Department created bill to take Kiev from an “anti-terrorist operation” in which case its entire leadership is elligible for murder charges at the Hague, over to martial law, in which case they can kill everybody in Donbass and the western powers will only smile & applaud.

The National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) will soon consider a bill on the deoccupation and reintegration of the Donbas, First Deputy Chairperson of Parliament Iryna Gerashchenko announced on Facebook.

According to her, work on the bill “On the characteristics of state policy regarding the restoration of Ukraine’s state sovereignty over the “temporarily occupied” territories of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions of Ukraine” is virtually complete, and it will be introduced during the NSDC session.

The Kiev Rada is obviously unaware that none of these measures is in accordance with the Minsk Accords as signed by Petro Poroshenko. The laws being enacted, the measures taken and attacks upon Donbass being prepared currently, under NATO sponsorship are acts of war upon the ethnic Russian population of Donbass that is currently pursuing integration with the Russian Federation, as their own “alternative solution” to Minsk.

“Today we have been working for several hours, we are polishing certain contentious aspects of the bill. In the near future an NSDC session will be held, where this bill will be reviewed and a final decision will be made. I also propose that in the near future a discussion on the bill be held on the informal Minsk platform, which was created and works successfully in the Verkhovna Rada,” Gerashchenko wrote.

At the rate Gerashchenko is going, the only thing she will be polishing is toilet commodes deep in Siberia on this flight plan of madness. One can only conclude that Kiev is trolling for an over the top Russian reaction with such provocations. Because if these statements are correct, there will be no Ukraine as she knows it by the end of the year.

“By order of the president, together with experts and the secretariat of the NSDC, work on this bill will continue. Importantly: Ukraine will remain committed to the political and diplomatic way of resolving the war in the Donbass, inspired by Russia, but we will fight for the deoccupation and return of territories. This is the philosophy of the bill,” Gerashchenko added.

In an interview with the media, NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov said that Ukraine must end the anti-terrorist operation and transition to a new format of national defense against Russia’s hybrid war. According to him, the mentioned bill “to re-establish the state sovereignty of Ukraine over the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions” will be presented to the president, after which it will promptly be introduced to the Rada.

Because if it is not handled soon, those lawyers from the Hague, the International Criminal Court and the Moscow War Crimes Tribune may come knocking very soon in Kiev, with some very unpleasant questions and plenty of evidence to lock up every last official of the Ukrainian government for crimes against humanity.
