Kiev, Ukraine. In breaking news, it has emerged that US President Donald trump intends to appoint a special US envoy to negotiate directly with Kremlin specialist Surkov on the fate of the Donbass region of civil war torn Ukraine.
When informed of the Trump Donbass Peace Plan, Ukrainian officials went absolutely feral psychotic over being left out of the negotiations,”Talks on future of Ukraine must be held with involvement of Ukraine – Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine for European Integration Olena Zerkal has said that any negotiations with participation of representatives of the United States and Russia on the future of Ukraine “must be held with the involvement of Ukraine.”
“Many things will depend on the person who will be selected as communicator not only with Russia, but with Europe by Trump’s administration, as there is no such a person now. Of course, many things will depend on what the way of communications would be selected. I cannot say that I have always been a fan of the Nuland-Surkov format. I think that any talk on the future of Ukraine must be held with the involvement of Ukraine,” Zerkal said on Kiev television Friday.
The diplomat said that Ukraine must be more active in presenting its interests. Experts on Donbass point out that Ukraine itself has blocked every possible avenue of diplomatic resolution to the conflict, fearing the US and EU will stop giving it endless loans and free money for nothing if there is not a war on its territory blamed upon “Russian aggression.”
American News reported referring to two European officials, that the Trump administration is expected to appoint a new special envoy to communicate directly with Vladislav Surkov, is a top aide to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
American State Department officials are not satisfied with Ukraine’s failure to keep it’s end of the Minsk Agreements and have decided to cut Kiev out of the process and see if the matter can be resolved to America’s satisfaction without Kiev further hampering and stalling a settelment to the Ukrainian Civil War that has claimed upwards of 100,000 lives to date.
