The Turkish Air Force delivered airstrikes overnight against Kurdistan Workers’ Party positions in northern Iraq, Turkey’s Anadolu news agency reported Monday, citing sources in the General Staff.
The airstrikes were carried out at 1:00 GMT on Monday in the regions of Qandil and Gara.
The Kurdistan Workers Party is banned in Turkey.
