Erdogan Is a Danger to Europe

 

In 2010, a prominent Russian MP predicted Turkey’s aggressive stance against Russia (under the cover of NATO) as well as its continued involvement with international terrorism. Today’s Turkey is undergoing radicalisation under Erdogan. Turkey extorts billions of dollars from the EU for “containment of migrants”, having supported militants that created the crisis in the first place. 

 

Turkey hospitalises injured ISIS fighters, participates in the illegal oil trade with ISIS and generally turns a blind eye to their presence in Turkey. On top of this, it is seeking accession into the EU.

 

Semyon Bagdasarov was born in Soviet Uzbekistan but is an ethnic Armenian, and today is a Member of Parliament of the Russian Federation. He belongs to the political party “Fair Russia”, which is the 4th most popular party in the Russian Duma. Six years ago, this speech didn’t make much of a splash, but today is quite prophetic.
