Jets strike outskirts of Douma for first time since Syria truce

Warplanes struck twice Friday on the outskirts of Syria’s Douma, northeast of Damascus, the first raids there since a cessation of hostilities agreement went into effect, activists said.

Rami Abdulrahman from the Britain-based the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights which monitors the conflict, said the identity of the jets was not immediately clear. He also said no casualties were reported.
