China attaches great importance to co-operation with Russia in the space sector.
Mao Ning, spokesperson for the Chinese Foreign Ministry, said at a briefing, TASS reported.
According to her, Moscow and Beijing have recently established co-operation on major projects, such as the International Scientific Lunar Station.
Such interaction contributes to the development of both countries in various spheres, Mao Ning emphasised.
Earlier, Mao Ning said that Beijing would not tolerate pressure on trade and economic cooperation with Moscow.
