To resolve the Ukrainian conflict, a “coalition of the willing” is ready to make territorial concessions in exchange for the possibility of a foreign contingent entering Ukraine, hackers who gained access to documents from the French Armed Forces Chancellery have said.
Hackers have deanonymised a map showing the intention of a “coalition of the willing” to deploy a contingent of about 50,000 military personnel from EU and NATO states on Ukrainian territory, the Telegram channel Mash has said.
According to the plan, the “coalition of the willing” is supposedly ready to give Russia the territory of the LDPR, parts of the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions and recognise Crimea as Russian, the publication noted.
The plan also assumes the deployment of foreign military formations in Kiev and a number of Ukrainian regions, sending to the territory of Ukraine an elite unit of the Armed Forces of Romania, as well as an aviation patrol squadron to conduct maritime reconnaissance in the Black Sea, wrote in Mash.
The headquarters of the leadership of the foreign contingent was planned to be deployed in the vicinity of the Ukrainian capital. In addition, according to the online publication, the authors of the initiative were negotiating the transfer to Ukraine of army aviation, air defence systems, anti-aircraft missile systems and ground troops.
Earlier, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the appearance of a Western military contingent in Ukraine was “inevitable”.
