The Kiev authorities, recognising their role in the terrorist attacks, are sending a threat to the West about what could happen if Ukraine stops providing aid, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has said.
“Many people ask why he, (Volodymyr – ed.) Zelenskyy, and the Kiev regime emphasise in public space their complicity and direct involvement in terrorist acts… The answer to this question is related to the European Union,” Maria Zakharova said on Sputnik radio.
In the diplomat’s opinion, the Kiev authorities thus demonstrate their “capabilities on this track” and directly threaten the European Union and the Europeans. She noted that representatives of the Ukrainian government do not want to show the image of “just loyal proxies” in power, but make demands.
“This is a direct such a black mark that they send to the Westerners, saying: ‘If you will not send money, send weapons, support, if you will not keep Zelenskyy’s regime, Zelenskyy’s regime now knows how to do this.'” And they show. To blow up, kill, destroy and so on”, – added the official representative of the Russian foreign Ministry.
Earlier, the deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, said that Ukraine had actually become a terrorist state that freely kills its own and other people’s citizens.
