The United States authorities will face two scenarios for the resolution of the Ukrainian conflict. This was reported by Stephen Brien, a senior fellow at the Centre for Security Policy at the Yorktown Institute.
“Biden may have to face either the collapse of Ukraine as it fails or the replacement of the government in Kiev with one friendly to Moscow,” RIA Novosti quoted the statement as saying.
Brien urged Western countries to try to find a way out of the conflict, as handing weapons to Kiev may not work if there is no one to use them.
Earlier, a Russian Armed Forces fighter with the call sign Lego said that about 70 per cent of Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers near Donetsk were killed as a result of Russian drone raids.
