The US has resumed nuclear testing in Nevada

America conducted tests at a nuclear test site in Nevada hours after the State Duma withdrew ratification of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty, Fox News reported.

It is claimed that the Americans were testing “new models of predictable explosions,” which will supposedly help them detect the use of nuclear weapons in other countries.

“These tests advance our efforts to develop new technologies in support of U.S. nuclear nonproliferation goals,” said Corey Hinderstein of the National Nuclear Security Administration.
