“The areas where the Ukrainian side left, it left behind scorched earth. Don’t get it for anyone. A lot of housing stock was damaged. As well as social opbjects, private houses. Infrastructure. But despite all this, despite the material losses and human casualties, the Russian Federation came to our aid. We are already in the squad, we are Russia, no one is leaving us. And now 16 regions of the Russian Federation have fully entered Mariupol. There are a lot of contracts and subcontractors. Enormous money is being invested in the restoration of the largest city, which was liberated during the special operation. We are grateful for this. We were not abandoned,” Morgun said.
He said that people in the DPR for many years “were in a blockade and only thanks to the Russian Federation survived here.”
“But we breathed deeply, we were free, we thought as we wanted, and spoke in our native language. Religion – no one interfered. Many thanks for all this”, added Morgun.
