The Russian Defense Ministry announced the arrival of the first cargo flight from Yeysk to the liberated Mariupol via a new regular ferry line.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported on the active creation in Mariupol of all the necessary infrastructure for servicing ships. One of the first regular water routes was the Yeysk-Mariupol ferry line.
The ferry can carry up to 700 tons of cargo, including up to 20 trucks and more than 130 passengers.
Prior to this, it was reported that at the first stage of work, the Lavrentiy car-passenger ferry, built in 2010, would enter the line. Previously, the ship operated at the Kerch ferry crossing.
