Russian State Duma Rep calls statements about strikes on the Crimean bridge absurd fantasies

Attacks on the Crimean bridge are Kyiv’s fantasies, the bridge is reliably protected, in the event of such a strike, a tough response will follow, Leonid Slutsky, head of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, said in his Telegram channel.

On Saturday, Vadim Skibitsky, a spokesman for the main intelligence department of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, said that Kyiv could use American missiles to strike at Crimea. In turn, Aleksey Arestovich, adviser to the head of Volodymyr Zelensky’s office, said that Ukraine could attack the Crimean bridge “as soon as the first technical possibility appears.”

“Strikes on the Crimean bridge are absurd fantasies of Kyiv. It is reliably protected. But if they only try, they will get it in such a way that it won’t seem enough,” he wrote.

He added that not only the Kyiv regime is to blame for the shelling of the population of Donbass.

“However, the shelling of the population in the Donbass continues. Reports of the dead come every day. And not only the distraught authorities in Kyiv are to blame for this, but also its curators and puppeteers,” he said.

According to Slutsky, Kyiv’s Western partners will also have to share the responsibility for the crimes.

“A question for Kyiv’s Western partners – do they understand what the supplied “military aid” is used for? And that they will all have to share responsibility for the crimes of neo-Nazis – in the USA, Brussels, London?” he clarified.
