Three people died in Afghanistan during an attack on a journalist’s car

The car of journalist and writer Syed Marof Saadat has been shelled in Afghanistan. Three people, including the journalist himself, were killed and two others wounded. Xinhua reports about it.
The incident occurred in Nangarhar province in eastern Afghanistan. This information was confirmed on Sunday by a security source in the country who wished to remain anonymous.
He said Syed Marof Saadat and his relatives were travelling by car on a road in Jalalabad city’s Fifth Police District on Saturday evening when rickshaw militants opened fire on them.
Saeed’s son Marofa Saadat and the driver of the car were injured.
No organisation has so far claimed responsibility for the shooting.
