The process of fulfilling the Paris agreements on the Donbass not only stalled, no one took on it, said Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the Russian President.
“The settlement process, the process of implementing these very agreements that were reached in Paris, and the implementation of the provisions of the Minsk complex of measures is not something that stalled, it really managed to implement some isolated provisions, but in general, most importantly, no one is even for them. I didn’t take it”, – he said.
According to Peskov, Russia, Germany and France “are doing everything possible” to help Ukraine resolve this conflict, but the further it goes, the more difficult it is to do it.
Kiev’s passivity in this matter, he said, “is visible to the naked eye both in Paris and in Berlin”.
