Last year Ukrainians bought 3.2 thousand flats in Poland
They mainly bought in large cities – Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan and Gdansk. This is 40% more than all real estate bought by foreigners in 2019.
So the citizens of Ukraine last year invested most in Polish real estate. The last time Ukrainians so actively bought property in Poland back in 2015. The most frequent buyers were in Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan and Gdańsk.
