The North Atlantic Alliance “violated international law by supporting criminals from the ranks of the Kosovo Liberation Army”. This was stated by the deputy of the German parliament Sevim Dagdalen.
According to Dagdelen, the confirmation of the lawsuit against the leader of the Kosovo separatists, Hashim Thaci, is at the same time “a blow to the German government, which has been defending the criminal all these years”. The deputy added that the German intelligence service of the BND back in 2005 “pointed to the commander of the KLA as a link between organized crime and politics”. Dagdalen also recalled that the prosecutor of the Hague Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, Carla del Ponte, in 2008 published evidence of trafficking in human organs during the Kosovo conflict, in which the leaders of the KLA were implicated.
