Ruslan Khomchak, who holds the post of Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said that hostilities in the Donbass could resume.
“There is a full and comprehensive ceasefire on the contact line in Donbass. Its introduction made it possible to significantly reduce the enemy’s fire activity, but the likelihood of a resumption of local hostilities remains”, – he said.
If the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not violate the agreements and do not resume fire themselves, then this issue can not be discussed. The republics of Donbass observe the ceasefire regime.
