In accordance with the Washington Agreements, Serbia has committed itself to refrain from formal and unofficial efforts to prevent the recognition of Kosovo and its entry into international organizations.
As IA REGNUM writes with reference to the Albanian news agency Telegrafi, the so-called “head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of Kosovo” Melisa Haradinaj-Stubla accused Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic of violating the agreements on the normalization of economic relations between Serbia and the region of Kosovo, concluded on September 4 in the White House.
“Kosovo is watching with great fear the destructive actions of Alexander Vucic, who violated clause 15 of the Washington Agreement, adopted in the presence of President Trump. Today he thanked the Ambassador of Palestine Nabhan for his “principled position on the non-recognition of Kosovo”. Unfortunately, Serbia is not a reliable partner”, – the Kosovo spokeswoman said.
