Speaking at a briefing at the White House, Donald Trump said that the Ministry of Defense only wants war, so that enterprises involved in the production of weapons, ammunition and military equipment enrich themselves.
“The soldiers love me. The leaders at the Pentagon are probably not, because they do not want anything but to wage wars, so that all these wonderful companies that make bombs, planes and everything else are happy”, – the American leader said.
According to him, he is pursuing a policy aimed at ending “endless wars” and returning the American military to the States, while his rival presidential candidate Joe Biden, as vice president under Barack Obama, sent young people to fight for other people’s interests.
