Extremists set a massive fire in a residential area of Portland

Radicals attacked Portland police officers and set fire to another wave of protests.

Protesters reportedly set fire to the Portland Police Association building last night and threw stones at the security forces. The office has been targeted by extremists on several occasions during months of unrelenting unrest. The building was set on fire several times.

“It is located in a residential area, and there are fears that the fire in the building could spread to residential buildings, especially in the current dry weather,” – said the press service of the local police.

The protests began after a black repeat offender, George Floyd, was killed by a police officer in Minneapolis on May 25. The incident sparked a wave of discontent. The Democratic Party took advantage of the indignation of the black population. In an attempt to discredit Donald Trump, the Democrats have taken the protests to the national level. In some cities in the United States, riots continue to this day.
