The conflict with the shooting occurred between legal and illegal carriers in the Kiev region, police detained 10 people, the press service of the National Police of Ukraine said on Friday.
According to law enforcement authorities, on Friday morning a message was received about the shooting in the city of Brovary, Kiev region. Law enforcement officers left for the place.
“Local police officers reacted quickly and arrived in one minute at the scene, where 10 people were detained with weapons. According to the preliminary version, there was a conflict between entrepreneurs involved in passenger transportation and illegal carriers. Information about the victims is being clarified”, – message.
The police opened a criminal case under the article “hooliganism”, the sanction of which provides for up to seven years in prison. Police officers seized weapons at the scene of the conflict, inspected the scene, established other participants, circumstances and causes of the incident.
