Syrian army defeats jihadists in Idlib

Units of the Syrian Arab army attacked the locations of the militants of the Khayyat Tahrir al-Sham terrorist group in the Idlib de-escalation zone.

It was reported on Saturday, September 7  by local information resources.
According to reports, government forces launched an artillery attack on jihadists in the area of Kafr Nabal and Khish, west of the city of Maarret-en-Nuuman.
The information is also confirmed by the resources associated with the terrorist group. They also report that the fire was fired on the fortified areas of the militants near Khan Sheikhun and Kafr Sidzhna.
As News Front previously reported, the Syrian Arab Army conducted a large-scale counter-terrorism organization in areas near the border of the provinces of Idlib and Hama, freeing up many settlements that had been controlled by militants for years. Subsequently, a temporary ceasefire was introduced in the Idlib de-escalation zone, which, however, does not apply to Khayyat Tahrir al-Sham, the largest terrorist alliance in the region.
