Against the background of the brutal murder that happened the day before in German Stuttgart, representatives of the Alternative for Germany party demanded that migrants should not be allowed to carry any cold arms, reports the German edition of the News Front agency Friday, August 2.
“We can no longer put up with the fact that such primitive and archaic behavior was spreading in Germany,” said Martin Hess, an AfD member of the Bundestag.
The party also emphasizes that knives have become increasingly used to carry out attacks in Germany. At the same time, the reason for this tendency is the migration policy of the federal government.
“It would be unfair to subject the entire population to suspicion, imposing a new ban on weapons. We must follow the example of Austria and impose a ban on the knife for immigrants,” noted in political formation.
