Syrian missile defence systems were filmed allegedly shooting down an unspecified number of Israeli missiles over the western suburbs of Damascus on Tuesday, according to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA).
Moreover, SANA reports that the alleged missiles likely came “from over the Lebanese territories.”
SANA also adds that Lebanese media outlets inform that Israeli fighter jets have been operating in the Southern Lebanese region.
