A field source affirmed on Saturday that many terrorists of Jabhat al-Nusra were killed and injured in an ambush by a unit of the army in Daraa north-eastern countryside.
The source said in a statement to SANA that a unit of the army ambushed a terrorist group that was moving on the road connecting between Sha’ara village and al-Lajat region near Sweida countryside.
It added the ambush ended up with the killing of a number of the terrorists and the wounding of many others.
