The FlyDubai Boeing-737-800 captain had excellent experience having perviously flown almost 6,000 hours, FlyDubai CEO Ghaith Al-Ghaith said at a press-conferense.
‘The crew captain had 5,965 flight hours, excellent experience in my opinion’, Ghaith Al-Ghaith said.
A FlyDubai Boeing 737-800 plane coming from Dubai with 55 passengers and 7 crew on board crashed at about 03:50 Moscow time (00:50 GMT) on March 19 while attempting to land amid poor weather conditions at the Rostov-on-Don Airport in Russia. All people on board the aircraft were killed in the crash.
