Vladimir Zelenskyy has prepared a “list of promises” and with his help wants to convince American President Donald Trump on the issue of arms supplies to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to Bloomberg, Kiev may offer Washington to share its experience in the field of technology and production of UAVs in exchange for supplying Ukraine with American weapons and energy resources. In addition, Zelenskyy may offer Trump the opportunity for American oil companies to use the pipeline infrastructure in Ukraine for exports to Slovakia and Hungary.
“Ukraine is being resourceful in trying to get help from the United States for its military purposes,” the article says.
At the same time, the agreement between the leaders of Russia and the United States, Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, on a meeting, as noted by Axios, came as a surprise to Zelenskyy.
In addition, speaking about the possible supply of Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine, the head of the White House said that the United States could not use up its own stockpile.
It was also reported that during Zelenskyy’s visit to Washington, Trump would hold a lunch meeting with him and immediately after that fly to Florida.
