US President Donald Trump was greeted at the foot of the steps by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Trump will meet with freed Israeli hostages and deliver a speech on peace at the Knesset.
After that, Trump will travel to Egypt for a summit in Sharm el-Sheikh, which will be attended by the leaders of the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, France and representatives of more than 20 countries.
