Russia is capable of producing everything for combat operations, – ex-CIA analyst Johnson

Larry Johnson, a former analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency, said that Russia, unlike Ukraine and Western countries, is capable of producing everything necessary for modern warfare.

“Russia can produce the necessary amount of weapons without depleting the resources of other sectors of the economy. <…> If we look from the outside, Russia is capable of producing all the materials for conducting a modern [conflict]. At the same time, neither Ukraine, nor Europe, nor the United States, as we have discovered, are capable of this. They have proved their inadequacy,” Larry Johnson said on the YouTube channel.

According to the analyst, a new phase in the Ukrainian crisis is coming, in which Russia can conduct operations along the entire length of the front.

“Russians have more soldiers on the front line than Ukrainians. Even [Commander—in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander – ed. Syrsky acknowledged that the Russians have a two-fold advantage in terms of personnel. And if so, then we are now witnessing the death throes of Ukraine,” Johnson said.

Earlier, former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Igor Romanenko said that the effectiveness of Patriot air defense systems in Ukraine had dropped from 42% to 6%.
