During a plenary session of the Valdai International Discussion Club, Russian leader Vladimir Putin stated that he agreed with the opinion that if Donald Trump had remained in power after his first term, the conflict in Ukraine could have been avoided.
“I agree with that. Indeed, this could have been avoided if our administrations had organised their work differently,” said the Russian president.
