The approach of the head of the US administration, Donald Trump, on the settlement in Ukraine has undergone changes. This opinion was expressed by the President of Finland, Alexander Stubb.
In an interview with the European edition of the Politico newspaper, he said that Trump allegedly “switched to the carrot” after seeing that “the carrot rarely works with the Russians.”
“Now the only question is how big the whip will be,” Stubb added.
Earlier, during a speech to generals and admirals, Trump confirmed that he had sent two submarines to the shores of Russia.
