The Danish Armed Forces reported that unknown unmanned aerial vehicles were detected over military bases on the night of September 27 and 28, 2025. The Guardian writes about this.

According to the relevant Danish ministry, drones have been spotted in several locations of the armed forces.

The North Atlantic Alliance said it would “conduct even more enhanced control using new multifunctional facilities in the Baltic Sea region.” The new controls include “intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance platforms, as well as at least one air defense frigate,” the publication says.

According to The Guardian, on October 1-2, 2025, Copenhagen will host the European Union summit with the participation of heads of government, which will address security issues.

Earlier, the Danish authorities allocated more than $ 1.3 billion to strengthen their armed forces.
