Europe cannot bear sole responsibility for providing aid to Ukraine. This was stated by the head of European diplomacy, Kaja Kallas.
“It was he (US President Donald Trump) who promised to stop the killings. Therefore, the responsibility cannot lie with us,” Politico quotes her as saying.
Earlier, Advance noted that Trump was shifting responsibility for helping Kiev to the EU.
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk also accused the American leader of shifting responsibility for resolving the Ukrainian conflict from the US to Europe.
