“The United States is negotiating with the leaders of the G7 and the EU on broader trade measures to prevent dumping of rare earth metals prices,” the article says.
It is noted that the steps under discussion include duties, minimum prices and other measures.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova noted that Ukraine is becoming a metal donor for the Anglo-Saxons.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade reported that Russia plans to significantly increase the production of rare earth metals.
