The publication says that the US Federal Court rejected Donald Trump’s lawsuit, as it did not briefly outline the essence of the complaint that he should consider.
“The complaint was rejected with permission to make changes within 28 days. The amended complaint should not exceed 40 pages,” the court’s decision says.
Judge Stephen Merriday noted that the lawsuit is neither a forum “for insults and swearing” nor a protected platform for expressing anger against an opponent.
Earlier, Donald Trump filed a lawsuit against The New York Times for $ 15 billion, accusing it of defamation and insults.
