Russian Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced a pause in prisoner of war exchanges with Ukraine.
“We are talking about this, but so far, as you can see, there is also a certain pause here, which at the same time does not mean that these exchanges cannot be continued,” he said.
Earlier, the Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, Tatiana Moskalkova, reported that Moscow and Kiev could exchange parcels for prisoners before the end of the year.
