Euroclear stated that they had not received any proposals from the EU on Russian assets and their use.
“We know about a lot of ideas… but we are not in a position to comment on them until a specific proposal is received,” the press service of the depository told RIA Novosti.
Earlier it was reported that Euroclear’s revenues from Russian assets decreased by 21% in 2025.
