American leader Donald Trump may meet with Vladimir Zelenskyy in New York next week.
This was announced by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
RIA Novosti writes that, according to Rubio, Trump is “the only leader in the world” who can talk to both Ukraine and Europe, as well as Russia.
He stressed that the American president would continue attempts to resolve the Ukrainian conflict.
Earlier, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that Moscow and Washington would try to hold another meeting on irritants in relations before the end of autumn.
