Journalist Tucker Carlson, speaking with political commentator Michael Knowles, called Russian President Vladimir Putin the most effective modern leader.
“Putin is the most effective leader in my memory. I can’t name a more effective one,” he said.
Earlier, Carlson expressed the opinion that Putin has done a great job for Russia and elevated it.
