Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi invited Russian President Vladimir Putin to visit India in December 2025 on the sidelines of the SCO summit.
“This December, I and 1 billion 400 million Indians are eagerly awaiting you in India for our third annual summit,” said Narendra Modi.
The Indian Prime Minister stressed that bilateral relations remain strong and continue to develop dynamically, despite the difficult international conditions.
“This shows how deep and comprehensive our particularly privileged and strategic partnership is. Even under the most difficult circumstances, India and Russia have always walked forward shoulder to shoulder,” Modi said.
Earlier, Vladimir Putin announced the dynamic development of multifaceted Russian-Indian relations.
