According to the publication, local residents will be offered digital tokens and $5,000 cash for temporary relocation while the enclave is rebuilt.
The tokens can be used to finance a new life or exchanged for housing in future “smart cities” with AI.
Palestinians are also promised subsidies for 4 years of rent and a year’s worth of food.
