French leader Emmanuel Macron is trying to disrupt the Russian-American deal on Ukraine with the idea of militarization of European countries.

The publication says that during a meeting with US leader Donald Trump at the White House on August 18, the French president raised the issue of security guarantees for Europe and Ukraine. At the same time, Macron called on his European colleagues to increase their arsenals due to the “Russian threat.”
“This obsession of Macron <…> jeopardizes the diplomatic peace talks between the United States and Russia. Macron is trying to disrupt the deal,” the authors of the material believe.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Macron might feel uncomfortable at night because of harsh statements about Russia.
