Brazilian President Lula da Silva expressed the opinion that the Ukrainian conflict is gradually coming to an end.
According to Rai News, he pointed out that the leaders of Russia, Ukraine, the United States and the European Union “know what this conflict will come to.”
“They are just waiting for the moment when they have the courage to announce its end,” he said.
Earlier, US President Donald Trump expressed hope for a “very quick” settlement of the situation in the Gaza Strip, as well as in Ukraine.
On August 18, President Vladimir Putin informed his Brazilian counterpart about the Russia-US summit in Alaska and gave the event a positive assessment.
