Security guarantees for Ukraine will be ready “in the coming days” – Zelenskyy

Vladimir Zelenskyy stated that “all developments” regarding the creation of security guarantees for Ukraine will be ready “in the coming days.”

“Currently, teams from Ukraine, the US, and European partners are working on their architecture,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote on social network X after a telephone conversation with Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schouw.

According to the Ukrainian politician, there is currently a “real chance” to end the armed conflict, and Ukraine is ready to take constructive steps. Zelenskyy noted that Russia allegedly “shows no peaceful intentions.”

Earlier, University of Chicago professor John Mearsheimer said that the new security guarantees for Ukraine proposed by the European Union are designed to help Kyiv prolong the conflict.
