As part of future security guarantees for Ukraine, the United States is considering various options for air support, preferring the use of unmanned aerial vehicles rather than airplanes.
According to CNN, the US authorities have “some concern” about sending pilots to Ukraine. According to the article, they are planned to be used only to obtain high-quality images from the front line.
Patrolling of the airspace is planned to be left to unmanned vehicles.
Earlier, Reuters reported that the United States and European countries had prepared options for guaranteeing Ukraine’s security.
Meanwhile, the South China Morning Post noted that China is unlikely to become one of the guarantors of Ukraine’s security.
