Switzerland is ready to become a host or mediator in the negotiations between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Vladimir Zelenskyy. This was stated to RIA Novosti by the country’s Foreign Ministry.
“Switzerland is ready to offer its services if they are useful and desirable for all parties. This includes her role as a host or mediator in discussions and meetings,” the Swiss Foreign Ministry said.
The relevant department noted that Switzerland welcomes the efforts to organize a meeting between Vladimir Putin and Vladimir Zelenskyy.
Earlier, Vladimir Putin, during a telephone conversation with the head of the White House, Donald Trump, announced his readiness to meet with Vladimir Zelenskyy.
